There is an air conditioned living/ dining area and fantastic kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and complete cooking facilities. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Only a short four minute walk to the beautiful sands of Shoal Bay Beach and a quick five minute drive to Nelson Bay where you will find restaurants, cafes and clubs or three minutes drive to Shoal Bay . Wests Diggers RSL CLub is only a five minute walk, this unit is in a superb location allowing you to take advantage of all Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay have to offer.
