Unit 9 has been completely renovated with new flooring, furniture and a fresh coat of paint. The two bedroom unit comes complete with air conditioning, a beautiful large sunny balcony and the bonus of having a lift from the car park straight to your unit

The main bedroom has a queen bed and opens out onto the balcony, the second bedroom is an open plan design and provides two single beds.  There is an air conditioned living/ dining area and fantastic kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and  complete cooking facilities. The bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer.

Only a short four minute walk to the beautiful sands of Shoal Bay Beach and a quick five minute drive to Nelson Bay where you will find restaurants, cafes and clubs or three minutes drive to Shoal Bay . Wests Diggers RSL CLub is only a five minute walk,  this unit is in a superb location allowing you to take advantage of all Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay have to offer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Apartment Holiday


Property itself has been nicely dressed with modern furniture of reasonable quality. Definately not a 2 bedroom apartment as there is no privacy to the 2 single beds located in the passage. The toilet still has a problem as mentioned several months ago and it clunks when the cystern fills with water. The pool area has absolutley no furniture or undercover area to rest under. It's just a pool. Location isn't too bad as it's half way between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The lift is a great idea even though it has only 3 levels but is very user friendly for older people as you don't have to carry everything up the stairs. Someone is always parked in the disabled car spot so don't expect to be able to use this if you have a disability but the rest of the car park area is user friendly to be able to access the property and the lift. Loved staying in this apartment due to the newness and cleanliness of the property. Yes we would recommend this as a place to stay at a fair price.


Quiet Apartment


Quiet little apartment close enough to the beach & reasonably priced. Little things such as leaking toilet, broken bin lid, uncleaned fridge shelves & cups/bowls a bit off putting but otherwise enjoyed our stay.


Amazing Place and Vacation Spot


Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the stunning Shoal Bay beach. When we vacationed we barely used our car, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable inside, beds are great. Big beautiful balcony for having dinner and drinks with friends. We really had a fantastic time when we vacationed here would definitely recommend to others, we will definitely be coming back.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice clean property, highly recommend.
