Unit 2 Shoal Court is perfectly positioned opposite pristine Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful water views from the balcony.

The location of this unit is perfect for your families next getaway, park the car and walk to local cafes, restaurants, clubs, convenient stores, magnificent choice of beaches and the famous Tomaree Mountain for the breathtaking views of the entire peninsula.

Tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and comfortably furnished throughout, open plan living, and dining area flows through to the fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities such as an oven, microwave and fridge as well as the utensils to cook up a storm.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has the second TV, the bathroom has recently been renovated and provides the ease of a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry is external from the unit and is shared between the complex, it provides a top loader washing machine and dryer which are both coin operated.

There are two car spaces available that are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with jet ski.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Bike stolen, no for families and no storage

We stayed for 9 nights over The New Year period. The unit is odd in that you have to walk past and across other peoples balconies to get in. There is no pantry or room to store food, the unit isn’t suitable for a family of 4, the owner has used what cupboard space there is to store heaters and extra quilts. We had a chained mountain bike stolen from the front porch on New Years Eve. Dodgy area as well, opposite bush and a spare block but good location across from the beach.
