Unit 2 Shoal Court is perfectly positioned opposite pristine Shoal Bay Beach with beautiful water views from the balcony.

The location of this unit is perfect for your families next getaway, park the car and walk to local cafes, restaurants, clubs, convenient stores, magnificent choice of beaches and the famous Tomaree Mountain for the breathtaking views of the entire peninsula.

Tastefully decorated in a coastal theme and comfortably furnished throughout, open plan living, and dining area flows through to the fully equipped kitchen with full cooking facilities such as an oven, microwave and fridge as well as the utensils to cook up a storm.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has the second TV, the bathroom has recently been renovated and provides the ease of a walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. The laundry is external from the unit and is shared between the complex, it provides a top loader washing machine and dryer which are both coin operated.

There are two car spaces available that are suitable for two cars or a car and a small trailer with jet ski.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

The location of this unit is amazing..despite staying mid Jan at the height of the tourist season you can still feel as if you are staying in a sleepy quiet area. The block is virtually next to Tomaree National Park and faces east towards the pristine headland. It's right on the water and easy access to Zenith and Wreck beaches if you want some waves However if you need anything or want to eat out turn left at the beach for a short stroll to the busy strip. The unit is comfortable and well equipped

Prime location and the property was clean and well kept. Take toilet paper as we only had 1 roll over 4 nights. Perhaps take your own pillows as the pillows weren't very comfortable. The bed was sufficiently comfortable

Bike stolen, no for families and no storage

We stayed for 9 nights over The New Year period. The unit is odd in that you have to walk past and across other peoples balconies to get in. There is no pantry or room to store food, the unit isn’t suitable for a family of 4, the owner has used what cupboard space there is to store heaters and extra quilts. We had a chained mountain bike stolen from the front porch on New Years Eve. Dodgy area as well, opposite bush and a spare block but good location across from the beach.
