Fabulous two-bedroom unit with an open plan living area with air conditioning, floating floorboards, ceiling fan, TV and unlimited WiFi.  The unit has water views from the covered balcony and the kitchen, the kitchen is fully equipped with full cooking facilities, Nespresso pod coffee machine and a dishwasher. The unit is very comfortable as the sea breezes just ooze straight into the unit. 

The main bedroom has water views and the bathroom provides a shower, toilet and vanity.

The unit provides a single carport space and a single open car space which is ideal for a second vehicle or small axle trailer boat and the complex has a shared laundry with top loader washing machine and clothes lines located at the rear of the complex.

Perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, location is the focus of this complex, walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop and entertainment. Beautifully appointed apartment moments flat stroll away from restaurant/ cafe /county club strip. Across the road from the beach. Ideal location, fantastic value.

The unit had all one could wish for on holidays. It was stocked with a good range of China, glassware and cutlery. The seating was very comfortable as was the queen bed. The bathroom also was a good size and provided space under the sink to put your toiletries. Heating was also provided for the cool evenings. The view was wonderful-seeing the mist on Mt Tomaree in the morning a real treat. It was a short stroll to cafes and the peaceful beach.

Lovely stay, well equipped with all you need. Top bed bunk a bit squeaky but we just moved the mattress onto the floor and that solved that. We discovered the fold out bed in the lounge a few days in. The unit then would cater for the 6th person.
