Providing excellent value for money and under a 5-minute walk to Shoal Bays best restaurants, shops, cafes and the famous Shoal Bay Country Club.
Fabulous two-bedroom unit has floor to ceiling slide back doors in the living area that open out onto the sunny covered balcony with outdoor dining and tremendous views along the foreshore, there is also a TV, DVD player, CD player and ceiling fan available in the living area.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, full cooking facilities, dishwasher and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine, there is also a communal clothes lines at the rear of the building.
The main bedroom has a ceiling fan whilst bedroom two has a ceiling fan and a TV which only can be used for DVD purposes - perfect for the children. The bathroom has been fully renovated and provides a shower, toilet and vanity.
There is one communal single lock up garage and one car space in front of the garage in the driveway.
Shoal Towers is perfect for families or couples wanting to escape for the weekend, the location of this complex is fantastic with walking distance to Bay Village shops including IGA, newsagent, bakery, cafe, restaurants as well as the Game Fishing Club and the Shoal Bay Country Club Hotel which offers bistro meals, bottle-shop and entertainment. This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, just a short walk to the Country Club and cafes, restaurants. Unit clean and had everything that we needed
Great apartment in a perfect location. The photos say it all. The only things to bear in mind is that there are no sheets and towels and because this property is managed by a real estate agent there is no interaction with the owner. So there’s no flexibility with check In and out times. Something I like about airb&b. Still a great place and highly recommended.

Location is excellent
Very clean property and absolutely stunning location!
Spent a week in this unit which was well presented with magnificent views across the bay, great walking beach and access to all facilities. The unit was perfect for two but could take 4. Some cooking items were rather old, eg frypans and baking dishes but no shortage of cutlery and crockery. A lock up garage was an unexpected bonus.
