Shoalhaven is located on the waterfront at the Western end of Shoal Bay Beach with direct access to the water’s edge across the manicured grass reserve and only 500 metres from the family friendly Little Beach where the waters are calm for children swimming, picnics, and free BBQ facilities.

A quick 1-kilometre stroll along the white sandy beach and you will be in the heart of Shoal Bay where you will find an array of boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and Shoal Bay Country Club, Nelson Bay is only a five-minute drive away.

Unit 2 is on the first floor and only has 15 steps from the car parking to the front door. The unit has views across Shoal Bay and out the headlands from the balcony, living area and main bedroom.

The living area is open plan with a Smart TV, DVD player and DVD’s, books and Wi-fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.

Two bedrooms with the main having floor to ceiling windows to capture the views and access to the balcony to take in the sea breezes. The bathroom has been fully renovated and has a walk-in shower with rainwater shower head, toilet, and vanity. The unit provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and one narrow undercover car space for a small vehicle, there is also street parking available.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

A worth paid service me and my family have received from McGrath not only once but also two years in a row. Excellent Apartment condition. Well maintained amenities and apartment. Lovely views. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and bedrooms. You should be proud of yourself McGrath for Nelson Bay Accommodation at Voyager Close. This is our second time staying in this unit. It is well appointed, very clean, comfortable and lots of little extras to make our stay easier eg: pantry basic items there like tea bags, pepper & salt, some herbs, coffee machine, cling wrap, Tupperware containers, washing powder, beach umbrellas etc. and internet with a large tv. Not a huge lounge area but ok and the main bedroom is a nice size with views of the water and a balcony off it. Thumbs up to the owners for making us feel welcomed

Loved the location and spacious unit. . It was well equiped overall with crockery and cutlery . The bedding etc all lovely and clean and comfortable and also the lounge too.
