Stylishly furnished with Wifi and spacious open plan living / dining area has a ceiling fan to give you more comfort and the large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with every cooking facility you need and a dishwasher.
Three bedrooms with the main having an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and the luxury of having a private living area so you can sit back and relax. The main bathroom has a bath with shower above which is perfect for children, vanity and toilet.
Large fully enclosed yard and enough room to park a boat or multiple cars (no garage available), a gorgeous back deck comes with outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. The internal laundry has a washing machine and dryer available.
As Shoalz is in a residential area, please abide by the no party policy that is in place and the noise restrictions.
Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday midnight - 8am
Any other day 10pm - 8am
Holiday Rental Property suggestions: -
* Guests to be considerate of the neighbours as neighbours are not on holidays.
* Move indoors to keep noise levels at a minimum, please dont be on the balcony or in the pool after 9pm as the noise echoes.
* Be thoughtful when using a sound system and abide by noise restrictions.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

A lovely clean, modern spacious house. Great for boat parking and extra cars. Had a wonderful stay, Will differently rebook again.
The property was nicely furnished with all the kitchen appliances that you need. It was spacious and the master bed was really comfortable. We loved the huge garden and deck.
