(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Hi Jordan, Thank you for taking the time to review the unit. I do apologise you came across the issues on arrival to the unit. Please note that if you ever book any of our properties our phones are manned 24/7 so any issues can be reported, the cleaner could have been sent back to rectify any cleaning issues. The windows do need to be cleaned quite often due to the salt and sand from the sea that blows around as they unit is close to the beach. The appliances aren't out dated maybe this is your personal preference. Thank You

Hi Kate, Thank you for taking the time to review the unit. I do believe that the comfort of a mattress is down to each individual preference, I have never received this feedback before. I do wish you had notified the office of the maintenance issues at the time of your stay so that we where aware of the issues and could have had them looked into and fixed, we are available 24/7. Bedroom 2 is not advertised with a ceiling fan, due to safety compliance we can not have a ceiling fan on a ceiling where bunk beds are in a bedroom, however if you had of called our office we could have supplied you with a pedestal fan. It does state in the booking description that sheets and towels are not supplied and you can either bring along your own or arrange to hire. Thank You, Team McGrath

This is a rare property that is walkable to Nelson Bay central and marina areas yet is right on one of the best beach in the area. There are expansive water views from the lounge/kitchen areas and ceiling fans and extra floor fans are available for the warm weather. The main bedroom is at the back of the unit which is not far from the balconies of other units right behind it, so it can get noisy hearing your neighbours chatting late at night. There is a parking space at the front of the unit.

'Shoreline' is out of the main town centre so nice and quiet. Only a 10 minute walk into town and right across the road from the bay. Great view from our balcony!

Ideal location for families. So close to all the attractions Nelson Bay has to offer. I especially liked sitting on the balcony with my wine whilst the kids played at the beach 20 metres away. Looking forward to coming back again
