Two storey air conditioned duplex with WIFI is an easy 200 metre walk to Dutchies Beach and a 10 minute walk to town along the popular bridal waltz paved track weaving between the bush and the bay.  Spacious open planned living area which flows out onto the large balcony is great for entertaining the family and friends for a BBQ. The main bedroom and ensuite are located up stairs with the living area and kitchen area and the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and main bathroom are located downstairs.

We also manage the duplex nest door which would be perfect for the extended family or friends!

We have been staying at this house for approx ten years. It is close to the beach, shops and marina. The house has all amenities required. New mattresses were a plus. Would love to see ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms to help cool the rooms on those humid days.

Absolutely fantastic 3 br duplex in a prime location, close to Nelson Bay town and Dutchman's Beach. Master bedroom (with ensuite and WIR) is upstairs with well equipped kitchen, large living area and covered balcony, with two good sized bedrooms, bathroom/toilet and laundry downstairs. There is a also a two car garage. The place was spotlessly clean and well equipped, including good wi-fi. All in all a great stay, and the best that we have found in our several stays in Port Stephens.

We have been staying at this property for a number of years now. It is in a great location. Close to the water and town. Very good emenities and has all the items you need in a house. Only negative is that we think it is time for some new mattresses ! A smart TV would be great too 👍

Downstairs is 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and laundry. Clean and tidy and spacious. The bathroom doesn't have a window so it doesn't get fresh air, also the exhaust fan for the bathroom is not strong so the wet dog smell from the bathroom becomes overwhelming at times. To overcome just leave the light/fan on and the door open. Upstairs is a main bedroom and ensure, kitchen lounge and dining and balcony. Very well stocked kitchen. My parents and I enjoyed our stay at Sienna. The layout gave space and privacy for all. The house has also had a spruce up since the photos were taken with a new kitchen finish and new outdoor furniture. The location is great and and an off season stay offered great value for money.

We have been in 27A a number of times and it always a pleasure. The owners are looking after he place and updates it now and then. Love to come back. the only thing we think needs to be attended to is that there are cockroaches in most rooms , especially the kitchen and the bathroom upstairs. We have never had an issue previous years but last week they really let us know they run the place. rgds birger

We stayed with two families, so the highlight for us was the spacious and airy communal areas (kitchen, lounge room, front deck). The massive couch and the free wi-fi are a real bonus. We had a BBQ most nights and ate outside regularly. The kitchen is really well-appointed. All bedding was clean, and there was a lot of variety as far as doonas, blankets, pillows, etc. The location is great: close to Dutchies beach, close to the walking tracks, and not too far from Nelson Bay itself. The only downside for us is how close the entertaining area of the neighbouring property is located (which is only an issue, of course, if you happen to strike some late-night partying, as we did.) We will definitely stay again.

It is only a minutes walk to Dutchies Beach which has a playground and the walking & bike path nearby. It was disappointing to see very dirty grout in the tiled areas especially in the kitchen and ensuite, it made the place feel unclean but on the positive, the carpet is brand new. Ceiling fans wouldn't go astray in rooms but portable fans did a good job. Nelson Bay is a beautiful town; everyone is relaxed!

Excellent location, within walking distance to the marina and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the accommodation lacked the little extras that make your stay more comfortable. The downstairs is very musty so not great for people with allegies. We couldnt use the cupboards to put our belongings in as they were musty, with one of the spare pillows growing mould in the cupboard. The pull out trundle also appeared to have mould on it. There is minimal yard to play in so it would not be great for families with small or active children. I would not stay there again as the accomodation didnt meet our needs, however the agency were very friendly and helpful.

We were impressed with how clean, roomy and comfy the apartment was. Easily accommodated 7 people. Nice balcony for our family BBQ. Large airy rooms, Beds were comfy. Lots of utensils and cutlery/crockery/cooking pots/pans. Close to the beach...and plenty of places to walk, such as the marina, shops and ice cream shop!!

The house is clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance with the town centre a 10 min walk away and Dutchies Beach a 1min walk away. The duplex is modern with a lovely relaxed feel and has everything that you would need. I highly recommend this lovely holiday duplex - we will be back!

One of the most relaxing attributes of this property is that every ground floor door can be deadlocked. So if you have a wondering toddler you can be sure they can let them selves out.

We have had a wonderful holiday in this house. It is close to the beach and very clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the door closer from the garage drove us mad when we loading and unloading as there did not appear to be anyway to keep it open. It also bangs shut. Also although not critical a laundry basket would have been useful to take clothes to the clothesline. However overall it was great and we have booked again for next year.
