The master bedroom has an ensuite and both bedrooms have access to the second balcony, where you can enjoy the views over the bay. There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a spacious and airy living / dining area that opens out onto the large wrap around balcony overlooking Nelson Bay.
There is a short walk along the coastal footpath just below to Dutchmans Beach and then on to Bagnalls Beach and beyond, with trees attracting a variety of colourful local bird life. Nelson Bay Marina and the vibrant Nelson Bay town centre are a 10 minute walk in the other direction, where there is a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and a large supermarket.
Although this apartment is elevated, it is on the ground floor. You only have one flight of stairs from the secure garage or just a few steps from the extra reserved off-street parking space provided. There is also the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
