Stillwater is a single storey home away from home and has everything your family will require including tiled open plan living area with a split system reverse cycle air conditioner, large flat screen TV and DVD, dining area with water views to the foreshore and beach.

Fully equipped kitchen with an upright stove/oven, microwave oven, full size fridge/freezer and cooking equipment.   The bathroom has a step-in glass shower, toilet and vanity and the main house offers an internal laundry with top loading washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom one is positioned at the front of the house and offers water views and provides two single beds, bedroom two is central with a double bed, bedroom three is also off the main living area with one single bed and bedroom four has one single bed plus a tri bunk (double underneath/ single above) and is located to the rear of the main house.

The air-conditioned granny flat which has cooling facilities only, is perfect for older teenagers or the extended family.  It is fully self-contained and located at the rear of the main house and provides a kitchen with a small fridge, microwave, bench-top mini oven with 2 x hot plates plus dining for 4 guests.  Main bedroom with a tri-bunk (double underneath/ single above) and one single bed and TV.   The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, has a step-in glass shower, vanity and toilet.  

There is a covered balcony area off the granny flat with outdoor dining and a gas BBQ in the courtyard.

The property has a level driveway for two vehicles and a small carport, parking on the street is paid parking only.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

The best House Ever!

We’ve stayed at a few places in beautiful Nelson Bay over the years, and this place is the best! There was 7 adults in our group, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It’s right next to everything you need. We are already planning our next weekend away here in a few months time. Highly recommended!

The house itself could really do with some TLC. Old furniture and junk shoved down the side of the house and rather noticeable odorous in the flat and double bedroom. The beds were less than comfortable and a few broken bits and pieces. BUT the location is amazing, safe and easy access to the beach means the Kids and adults can come and go easily! Booked for my family for Xmas so we could all be together. didn’t mind so much that the house was budget. Space and location was perfect.

The house location is wonderful. The house is old while the kitchen, bathroom and air conditioner work well. Defects and suggestions: lots of furniture are broken. Too many insects in the house and granny flat. Sleeping beds are dirty. We understand the listing does not include linens, towels and paper rolls and we successfully manage them. But they will be a real value to the guests, very useful to the tourists. They are the difference between the accommodation and the camp.
