With the park being right next door makes this even better for the kids to run , play and ride their bikes or for the older kids bring the skateboard as the skate ramp is right there as well.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

While it was a wonderful location re beach/shops the internal facilities are a little outdated re carpet/painting. Shower area so small. Other facilities are good.

Not lavish (no AC, linen, towels, dishwasher) but quite comfortable, well equipped and in an ideal location. Really enjoyed having only a stroll across the road to the beach with fishing rod in hand or a leisurely wander down the beach to the marina, cafes, shops... Situated next to a reserve and the best snorkelling spot around. But watching the dolphins bobbing as the sun sets over the bay each day was the highlight.

My mother and I came and stayed for 4 nights recently, great location especially for the cheap price ! Lovley neighbours, amazing view of the beach (especially the sunset... Wow!) , walking distance along the beach to the local shops where you will find everything you need. Only downfall I can say was that the dooner and pillow provided on the main bed was pretty gross, smelly and sweat stained but we brought our own sheets anyway so it didn't really matter much. Thabks for a great week sunny bell! I'll definatly be back!

We had a lovely week at Sunnie Belle. While being a very tiny unit, it has everything you need. You can walk to wests easily and also into Nelson bay. We would definitely stay here again.
