This holiday house offers parking at the front for a couple of cars or a car and boat. It is in the perfect location between Shoal Bay Beach and Little Beach boat ramp perfect for a fishing weekend.

The Beach Shack boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with a wall unit air conditioner and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 offers another Queen bed and ceiling fan while bedroom 3 has 1 x Single bunk bed and 1 x Single bed. Both bathrooms include a shower and toilet with the second bathroom having a washing machine with access to the backyard.

The soul of this vibrant home lies in its timeless design, retaining many original features that complement the coastal setting. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove, oven and family sized refrigerator. Enjoy a delicious meal in the indoor dining area or on the back veranda watching the fur babies and the kids run around.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

What a great stay we had! Conveniently located from the beautiful beaches of Shoal Bay or a walk to Nelson Bay. The house has everything you need, fully equipped and very spacious. Our beagle loved staying there and there was plenty of room in the back yard that was safe and fully fenced off. The house was equipped with all the necessities plus it also had things that I normally have to bring with me! Spacious kitchen fully equipped, comfy beds to sleep in and lots of space for everyone.

A great stay for my friends and I, the photos don't show the much more modern interior (especially the main bedroom), it was spacious and only a 15 minute walk to the centre or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Great backyard that came with a ball! The fridge got a little cramped at times but that was okay :) All in all, HIGHLY recommend.
