The Beach Shack is a 1970s style beach house for 7 guests, with ample room in the large back yard for a dog or two and loads of parking at the front for a couple of cars or a car and boat. It has everything you need for a quick getaway or longer stay, with your loved ones - human or furry. It is in the best location between Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach boat ramp or a quick walk to Wests Diggers Club, making this the perfect location for your next family holiday.
It has three bedrooms with the main bedroom having a split system air conditioner. The bathroom has a shower and vanity with a separate toilet. Another shower and toilet is located in the laundry area.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and bench island with complete cooking facilities and casual dining area that flows into the formal dining that is located in the main open plan living area. The property has an internal laundry with washing machine and the large, fully enclosed backyard which is great for pets and children. Entertain on the alfresco deck for those late afternoon / evening meals.
With so much to see and do including whale watching cruises and the marina, bike paths, fishing sites, surf beaches and the skate park – you and your family will want to stay longer.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of two flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
