Great improvement

It is the second consecutive year our Clan booked this house for a family "catch-up-as-we-work" before summer holidays. The kitchen & bathrooms enovations, hybrid floors (replaced old stained carpets) and retreat down stairs is a great improvement. The beach house is very functional and good location (in suburban Anna Bay with normal neighbour issues), but walking distance for all to Birubi Beach/Point. We had a nice bonding time. Thank you

Met family here for a weeks holiday, house is in a great spot and well equipped! We loved the fact it has a large yard and lockable gate so kids can ride bikes scooters around without issue. Nice and quiet street with short (and flat) walk to great beach, park and skate park. Anna Bay is nice and quiet only a short drive to great spots like Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point etc. Will definitely be back and would look to stay here again.

perfect location and great back entertainment area. the carpets do however need some serious upgrade. the house overall was very functional and the fact that it has the abiliity to sleep 10 people is a ++ for extended family and christmas family holidays. we will definately try and stay here again if available

This property was perfect for our needs... With two families staying we felt that every need was met. The house was clean and tidy and had more than enough to accommodate to our needs. Having a large fully enclosed yard was also perfect for the kiddies to play and we were so close to the skatepark and beach that there was always something to keep them entertained. Would definitely recommend this property and we would definitely consider staying here again!
