Unit 203 The Breakwater is located within an exclusive Shoal Bay resort with beautiful water views, pools, ducted air conditioning, lift and guest recreation room with kitchen, pool table, lounge, and dining facilities.

Beautifully appointed one-bedroom unit with timber laminate floorboards, ducted air conditioning and stylish furnishings throughout. There is a large open plan living area with a wall mounted Smart TV and Sofa Bed, this area opens out onto the balcony with alfresco dining facilities, gas BBQ facilities and gorgeous views of Shoal Bay.

The property provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family sizes fridge/ freezer.

The main bedroom has a Queen bed, ducted air conditioning, TV, ensuite with a corner spa bath with shower overhead, toilet and vanity, this room opens out onto the balcony to allow the natural sea breeze to flow right through. The main bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, and the convenience of having an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer is also provided.

The complex has a residence shared pool plus the use of the residence lounge area with pool table and commercial style kitchen. Also available for guestsโ€™ use is the main resort pool which has a fantastic childโ€™s section, indoor heated pool plus multiple spas, day spa and gym are also included.

Convenience of staying right at The Country Club and having spectacular water views, use of all facilities as the resort and a lift. All this and just across the road from the gorgeous white sands of Shoal Bay beach. Tomaree Mountain is only a short stroll away, will endure breathtaking views from the summit.

Quality apartment, great views

Stayed Dec 2022. Very nicely appointed apartment; part of the Ramada complex with access including 3 pools. The balcony is a highlight with handy BBQ and stunning views across the bay, albeit noisy at times; shutting the doors and windows does allow for a quiet night's sleep. Read the instructions carefully and come prepared with bed linen etc. Pricey but more reasonable for longer stays. My only real concern was O'Meara's online registration procedure which is hacker vulnerable.
