If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We have stayed in this unit for 5 years in a row now. We keep coming back! From the lovely breeze that flows through the apartment, the beautiful water views when having breakfast on the front balcony, the well laid out living areas and super large back balcony to hang out with the fam... It is PERFECT! As the the sign says on the front balcony 'RELAX. Life is good!' - Thank you owners for renting us your lovely place and always looking after us.

When I reviewed this property for my vacation, I noticed there were a few negative comments but I went with my gut feeling and I booked it and I am very happy with my experience. The location is perfect, the property is great. It has everything one really needs. I enjoyed my experience very much and I look forward to my next travel experience in The Commodore!

Very happy with the place, the price and the location. Just a couple of improvements needed.........., the windows were very dirty, specially in the bedrooms, the second one is a detail with the complex not the apartment......... the "secure" parking door wasn't working so, it wasn't secure anymore.

Nice unit ground floor easy access lots of bed could do with the fixing of the balcony sliding door very very hard to move also the cooking pots lead rusty screws health azard.

Stayed this long weekend and enjoyed the peaceful yet handy to everything location. This is my fourth stay over past 6 years, each time a girls weekend. Variety of firm and soft beds is much appreciated. Very happy indeed with furniture, fresh modern decor, balconies, birds and gardens. Will return again.
