Lovely open plan living two bedroom unit with great water views from the front balcony that flows through to a huge rear balcony with further extensive bush views, a great place for children to play.

Unit 17 The Commodore offers you pleasant open plan living featuring great water views from the front balcony. There is also a spacious rear balcony which features views of the bush out the back of the complex and a large BBQ with tables and seating for 10. There is always a refreshing cool breeze through the living area due to open plan. Walk to everything in town, cafes, marina, beach, shops and movie theatre. We manage many units in this complex so it is perfect for the extended families and friends to all be together and a quick five minute walk into the heart of Nelson Bay.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Excellent affordable accommodation


My wife and I were very pleased with the value for money we received from our short stay. The apartment was clean, with relatively modern appliances throughout, a well appointed kitchen. Ideal location, close to the centre of town, shops and good range of places to dine. We will certainly return in the future.




Stayed with my two children and husband no complaints. Clean with views and close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of games and toys for the kids in the apartment.

Cool Unit!


my Wife & I really enjoyed the cool breezes that blow through the unit - no need for air conditioning! Great view - we had a very relaxing tie.

Really loved our stay here - view just gorgeous and the easy walk to Marina and beach was lovely.would of liked a queen bed instead of double and a bit better beds for kids but otherwise we loved it here.
