North facing with filtered water views and located on the ground floor with a sunny balcony out the front with a Weber Q BBQ and an open plan living area with split system Air Conditioner, large screen TV, DVD, streaming services, and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. Beautiful sea breezes flow through the unit due to having front and rear balconies. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, Lavazza A Modo Mio Coffee Machine and complete cooking facilities.

Two bedrooms both with balcony access and the main having a ceiling fan and the second having the second TV and large pedestal fan. The bonus of having a shower, bath and separate toilet and an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer is fantastic.

Park the car in the double undercover secure parking and forget about it. The Commodore complex is a quick 400 metre walk to Nelson Bay Marina, Little Beach and Nelson Bay Beach. It is also a short stroll to the centre of town where you will find a variety of cafes, superb dining restaurants, convenience stores and boutique shops and as well as other recreational activities.

It is a holiday playground at your doorstep which is only moments from National Parks for scenic bush and beach walks with lookout points, swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, cycling, walking, golf, shopping, and dining. The only limit is your imagination.

Stayed in July for whale watching. Had all we needed. Free WiFi, air conditioning, streaming services and comfortable bed on the ground floor. Loved that we could just leave the car in the secured area and walk everywhere in town and to the marina. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was very good, however there are 3 minor issues that need fixing: 1. The kitchen is very dark at night, one of the ceiling lights needs replacing 2. The cooktop light also doesn't work (which also contributes to the kitchen being dark) 3. The ironing board doesn't stay up when you extend the legs - it simply collapses back down (possibly easily fixed but I didn't want to bend anything in case I broke something).

This apartment was in a great location, only minutes walk from marina and cafes. I loved the fact that it was on the bottom level great for loading and unloading especially if holidaying with kids. The only downfall is the internet which was a bit disappointing. The internet provided doesn’t really work and reception isn’t great with phone data unless near the sliding door of the lounge room. Other than the internet issue the apartment was great!!
