(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Great appartment with a great view!

This apartment is the best place we have stayed in Shoal Bay, we have coming up yearly for a while. It is so close to everything in Shoal Bay, the views are super and the apartment is great, spacious and well appointed. It was a home away from home and felt like our own holiday house for a week!! I will be booking again, thank you for letting us stay at your place 🙏🥰

Hi We have booked this property many times and have always found it clean which is a factor for us. With this visit, we found the unit wasn’t as clean as it was in the past and was disappointing. We love the location and the amenities.
