This two-bedroom, one level, beautifully furnished home has a large undercover deck area which is surrounded by gardens and a great BBQ area. Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main offering the second TV and access to the front deck area.
Two bathrooms are provided with the main being renovated with a freestanding bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The second bathroom is in the laundry area which has a shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer for guests convenience.
Lovely open plan lounge/ dining area with timber floorboards, air conditioning, large flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo system. Large sliding doors open out onto the front deck area which is perfect to relax in the hammock under the shade of the trees. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Kfee pod machine, family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, there is also another sitting area off the kitchen so you can sit back and read a book and take in the ambiance that surrounds you.
Parking is either on the grass area at the front or side of the property, bring the boat as there is room to park the boat out on the grass as well.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does not have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

We enjoyed our stay at The Croft so much that we re-booked for 7 days in February 2022. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and close to the beach and shops.
This place is awesome would recommend anyone to stay here has everything you need for cooking & washing machine that makes it really great stayed here with my mrs and three kids absolutely enjoyed every day the only downfall is checkout day when holiday is over
