There is also the bowling club around the corner, Friendly Grocery store and Fingal Bay Cellars all within a 2-minute drive.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

A really nice unit with good size rooms, spacious kitchen. Used the tennis court and swimming pool every day. Lots of games to play, books to read. Lovely people below us. Only downfall is that all the windows can only open 10cm. No ceiling fans but plenty of fans on stand. The bedroom sliding door doesn’t work. Hopefully that will be replaced. Otherwise would definitely go back

Beautiful place to stay, renovations heading in right direction

The place was lovely. We could see that some work had been put in to improve it. However the weather was really humid and the pedestal fans just weren't doing the job. It would of been nice to open the windows further than what we were able to. Also the sliding external doors definitely need replacing. They were falling off the tracks and the one to the main bedroom could not open due to the glass shifting in the frame. Neighbours downstairs were lovely. We would love to stay again

Unfortunately, I will have to write very disappointing review re our accommodation and the support from O’Meary as an agent. Briefly, the unit was hot and stuffy when we arrived, and the bedroom windows could not be opened. The doors onto the deck were extremely difficult to slide open, and we struggled with this for our entire holiday. Also, the toaster did not work. All of this was reported to O’Meara on the first day, but nothing was ever fixed. We left after 4 nights. $3,300 gone 😡
