Unit 12 'The Helm' is in a great location on the waterfront reserve along Shoal Bay beach, it has two bedrooms, modern kitchen with dishwasher, renovated bathroom and open plan living/dining that opens out onto the balcony with views and Nor East breezes.
Sit back, relax and enjoy the nor-easterly aspect of this centrally located waterfront unit! Feel the breeze and hear the waves crash against the sand as there is only a waterfront reserve between you and the waters edge. Close to Shoal Bay shops, restaurants, cafes and around a ten minute walk to Nelson Bay.
Unit 12 'The Helm' has two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, open plan living area, one undercover parking space and a 2 burned gas BBQ on the balcony.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Fantastic location, with easy walk to the town and beach at our door step. Very pleasant stay in what looks like a recently renovated unit. But, hot plates had not been properly cleaned and smoked when used. We found the lounge uncomfortable and could have used a few larger cushions. A small coffee table would have been useful when sitting on the lounge with a coffee or drink. No toilet paper in the loo. Really!!! It's a basic so one roll at least would have been nice upon arrival.
The accommodation was excellent, great location, clean and had everything our family needed. O’Mearas were easy to deal with and all went smoothly.

Lovely newly renovated apartment. Lovely views. Parking terrible. No garages and no where to park your boat and very very narrow spaces for parking your car. Street parking further down. Very inconvenient. Otherwise great.
Lovely unit. Queen bed to main instead of double would be perfect.
