Luxuriously appointed with air conditioning and ceiling fans in the living and dining area, 65'' wall mounted SMART TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi and games for the children. Large sliding doors open out onto the fantastic wrap around balcony so you can sit back, relax and take in the stunning views whilst cooking up a feast on the Weber gas BBQ.

Streamline kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, large family size fridge/ freezer, gorgeous timber benchtops and magical water views. There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and ensuite, the second bedroom provides the second SMART TV and sleeps 4 people. The main bathroom has been completely renovated with floor to ceiling tiles, floating benchtops and shower, the laundry in located off the bathroom and provides a front loader washing machine and dryer.

The complex provides one undercover car space and an outdoor shower, great for when you come back from the beach. The Helm is located on the waterfront with only the grass reserve separating you from the white crystal sands of Shoal Bay beach or a quick five-minute walk and you have Little Beach which has the calm swimming waters for children.

The variety and choice for dining is fantastic as you have Shoal Bay in one direction, Little Beach in the other direction and Wests Diggers Club just a quick ten minute away.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

We have been holidaying at Shoal Bay for over 20 years and this is the first time we have rented this property. We found it very comfortable, well maintained and reasonably priced. The fixtures and fittings were in good condition and relatively modern. Although only on the first floor (and therefore doesn't have the views that we are used to), we very much appreciated not having to climb 48 steps to the top floor, which we been doing for many years.

Very beautiful nice and clean flat. Loved staying there for 4 days and will surely be back. The views are fantastic and is very calming hearing the waves at night.

The apartment was beautiful , deco was very stylish . Well appointed with dishwasher, fans , tv’s ,washing machine and dryer , air conditioner . Everything you need for a great stay . You will not find a better location and view . OMeara made booking and check in easy . We will definitely be back for another enjoyable stay !

Had a great holiday in a top spot. The unit was nice well fitted out. The only drawback was the gardener mowed and edged everyday no peace.
