Beautiful Beachfront Apartment - This One's Special

Enjoy stunning views of Shoal Bay and the headlands from the living area and balcony of this beautiful two-bedroom, top floor waterfront unit. 'The Helm' is located on the western end of Shoal Bay beach with only a grass reserve separating you from the white crystal sands of Shoal Bay beach.

The living room is north-east facing, spacious and flooded with natural sunlight. Huge sliding doors open onto the wide balcony so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning views, and allow the sea breeze to flow through.

There are two bedrooms with the main bedroom having water views. There's a fully equipped kitchen with a fan forced oven, dishwasher, large family size fridge/ freezer and servery through to the dining area. The bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and a separate toilet. There's also a full internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. The unit also includes 2 car double under-building parking on title.

Downstairs is an outdoor shower, great for when you come back from the beach. Please note that Little Beach is just a short walk away with calm swimming waters for younger children.

The variety and choice for dining is fantastic as you have Shoal Bay in one direction, Little Beach in the other direction and Wests Diggers Club just a quick ten minute away.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

As soon as we opened the curtains we thought we were on an island. Everything was beautiful the unit was super clean we would definitely go back. The location was ideal close to many other little beaches and close to shops. Thanking you very much

Amazing view with the sound of the waves. Nice and clean comfy appartment. It's on the 3rd floor and it's worth the scenic view. Fully equipped kitchen, clean toilets, comfy beds, large L shape balcony. We enjoyed the stay.

The best part of this property is the absolute beach frontage location at beautiful Shoal bay, with a large wrap around balcony and floor to ceiling glass looking out onto the wonderful view. Property was immaculate too.
