This beautifully furnished four-bedroom split level townhouse has a beach theme splashed throughout, if you are looking for a waterfront holiday property that oozes class and style and will give you a wonderful relaxed holiday feel then 15 The Moorings is waiting for you.

Spacious open plan living / dining area with a very well fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, DeLonhgi (Nespresso) coffee machine, island bench with wine fridge, WIFI and smart TV which is all located on the lower two levels.

The dining area opens out to a large outdoor paved area with outdoor dining furniture and large BBQ, a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the view looking down over the pool area with the tropical landscaped gardens and straight out onto Sunset Beach.

The main living area has a huge 65 wall mounted TV with built-in surround sound entertainment system and DVD player. The bedrooms are all large with ceiling fans, the main bedroom has a stunning ensuite with double shower, there is air conditioning on 2 levels which filters through to all rooms. The property boasts a stunning full sized main bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub and separate toilet.

Lock-up garage with internal access that caters for one medium vehicle plus additional off-street parking suitable for boats, the internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is in the garage area.

15 The Moorings is in a great location, just a short walk to Soldiers Point Marina where you will find fantastic award-winning restaurants, internet cafe, children's playground with swings, community tennis courts for hire.

Please note the complex pool usually closes from end of April until end of September. This decision is made by the Strata Committee for the complex and is out of the managing agent and owners control.

Unfortunately, the electronic awning over the large outdoor paved area is not working.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

A very well appointed townhouse, with glorious views. Plenty of cutlery, crockery and bedding extras provided. Only downside if you have a few adults staying together is there is one ensuite and one bathroom, so we had 6 adults and 2 children and it worked okay, but there might be a queuing problem with more. We also, unfortunately, stayed at a time when the Telstra box had been discontinued, so we were left without any form of television for our stay. Short walk to Restaurant 2317.

On arrival we found the views spectacular, the location was perfect, for swimming and fishing. It suited our family holiday. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of crockery and glasses. I would only say that the cooking pans could do with an updated or the perhaps the addition of a large electric frypan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. The staff at McGrath were very helpful with queries also.

We absolutley loved the place, the house, the views, the pool,the location it was all amazing. Unfortunately we wernt happy with having to wait till 3pm for the cleaners to finish,then had wet floors. The oven was disgusting and under the furniture was dirty. The hot water system stopped working on day 2 then an hour later the air con blew up. Hot water was fixed asap, but had to stay with 1 split system for the rest of our stay in a large house. I would recommend the house to everybody.

Came for a long awaited week's family holiday and we were not disappointed! Beautifully decorated home in a gorgeous location. A real piece of paradise! Every family member had plenty of space in the large, well equipped, clean and comfortable house.The large TV was an added bonus for our nights in. Can't recommend this house enough.
