The townhouse has two living areas plus a fantastic loft area which is perfect for the children to have their own air-conditioned space and TV.
The Main bedroom has a renovated ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity, ceiling fan and access to the balcony which allows the beautiful sea breezes to flow right through, bedroom two is also located on the same level as the main bedroom. Up a couple of stairs will take you to the renovated main bathroom with a large, relaxing corner spa bath, screenless walk in shower with a huge rainwater shower head, vanity, and separate toilet. The third bedroom is also on this level along with the split system air conditioner which provides the comfort for this level sleeping and the loft/ kids play area which is up a few more stairs. The loft area also has a huge industrial ceiling fan and TV.
The kitchen is a huge galley design which flows through to the internal laundry, the laundry is fitted with a front loader washing machine and a dryer is provided in the garage. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful ceassa stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, complete cooking facilities and a Breville Nespresso Coffee Machine and milk frother.
There is a private internal courtyard that is off the living area and a large open plan landscaped courtyard the flows from the downstairs living / dining area. The courtyard area has views overlooking the complex pool and Cromarty Bay.
The Moorings is a large, security gated, waterfront complex with beautifully manicured tropical gardens and lawns and inground pool. Located an easy five-minute walk along the foreshore to Soldiers Point Marina for an array of restaurants, cafes and Soldiers Point shops where you will find a small corner shop, coffee shop and tennis court hire.
There is a double electric garage with internal access, two bathrooms and a powder room which gives you three toilets in the townhouse.
Please note the complex pool usually closes from end of April until end of September. This decision is made by the Strata Committee for the complex and is out of the managing agent and owners control.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
