The Norburn flows over two levels with the upstairs level having an air-conditioned living area and main bedroom, well-appointed kitchen, main bathroom with a child size bath, shower and toilet.
Downstairs has a large air-conditioned parent retreat with its own living area providing a TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchenette which is perfect for when you entertain in the large enclosed sunroom with BBQ facilities, bathroom with a separate toilet.
There is parking for three cars with two in a carport at the rear of the backyard and one in a garage, a boat could be reversed into the back yard depending on the height of the boat. Internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Great all round and nice easy stroll to beach
This holiday home was exactly as it appeared online. Gorgeous, well appointed, spotless and wonderful location. The communication from Omeara Property was exceptional in the lead up to the holiday. We had a wonderful stay and family celebration at The Norbury. The property was immaculate, the view was beautiful and your staff were extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs during our stay.
Such a great house to have for our holidays. Backyard is just perfect for kids. Neat and clean house. Perfect for group family holidays.love to stay back again in future.

A great home for a holiday! Close to everything! The beach, boat ramp, restuarants and shops. Newly renovated. New furniture and appliances . The house has been painted inside and out. I will stay there again definitely! O'Meara Real Estates are also great to deal with.

Obviously this place had not been cleaned for a few months. Cockroaches and spiders everywhere. Furniture is very old, broken and dirty. BBQ is rusty and not able to cook on it. Garage door is broken. Gardens are overgrown and dead. This sort of place gives holiday rentals a bad name.
This was a fantastic place for our family to stay for 10 days. It had plenty of space and the parents area down stairs was really good. The only downside was the size of the off peak hot water system was too small. For a property advertised for large families it was quite inconvenient. Other than this it was perfect for us.
