The Norburn is a fantastic completely renovated holiday house with WIFI that caters for large families and has all you need to enjoy a relaxed comfortable holiday at a fraction of the price you would expect.

Located between Nelson Bay and Little Beach. Only a quick 300m walk to Little Beach which is perfect for children to swim and has the boat ramp, 500m walk to Shoal Bay Beach and only a 10m walk to Diggers Club.

Four good size bedrooms with heaps of parking for a boat and a great backyard and enclosed sunroom for the afternoon barbecues.

The Norburn flows over two levels with the upstairs level having an air-conditioned living area and main bedroom, well-appointed kitchen, main bathroom with a child size bath, shower and toilet.

Downstairs has a large air-conditioned parent retreat with its own living area providing a TV and DVD player. There is also a kitchenette which is perfect for when you entertain in the large enclosed sunroom with BBQ facilities, bathroom with a separate toilet.

There is parking for three cars with two in a carport at the rear of the backyard and one in a garage, a boat could be reversed into the back yard depending on the height of the boat. Internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Obligations to neighbours โ€“ Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The house is lovely spread over 2 floors, enough space for a a large family or friends. Would have been nice to have more than half a toilet paper roll. Also it would be good to have a coffeemaker and some proper wine glasses. There are only plastic ones at the house.

The Norburn was the perfect accommodation for us! We were two families travelling together (4 adults and 5 children between us). We all loved the clean and neat presentation and layout of the home. Very close to amenities and lovely walks. Highly recommended!

This holiday home was exactly as it appeared online. Gorgeous, well appointed, spotless and wonderful location. The communication from Omeara Property was exceptional in the lead up to the holiday. We had a wonderful stay and family celebration at The Norbury. The property was immaculate, the view was beautiful and your staff were extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs during our stay.

A great home for a holiday! Close to everything! The beach, boat ramp, restuarants and shops. Newly renovated. New furniture and appliances . The house has been painted inside and out. I will stay there again definitely! O'Meara Real Estates are also great to deal with.

This was a fantastic place for our family to stay for 10 days. It had plenty of space and the parents area down stairs was really good. The only downside was the size of the off peak hot water system was too small. For a property advertised for large families it was quite inconvenient. Other than this it was perfect for us.
