There are stairs down to the unit from the carpark, once you are in the unit you are right on the waterfront on ground level.

Parking: PLEASE NOTE THE GARAGE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RENTAL. There is one marked car space for parking. Any additional cars are to be parked on the street.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
