The open plan, air-conditioned living area opens out onto a fabulous large outdoor alfresco entertaining area consisting of multiple dining areas and gas BBQ facilities, overlooking the spectacular water views.
The indoor living area is filled with natural light and tastefully furnished with modern furniture, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and HDD recorder. There is a fantastic fully equipped renovated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, kettle, coffee machine and cookware. It has two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and the second consisting of two bunk beds.
The renovated bathroom has a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet/powder room. The internal laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer, along with ironing facilities. There is off street parking for 1 vehicle and plenty of on street parking available. There is a shared pool within the complex and the beach is located just 100m away.
Point Paradise has everything you could want for the perfect holiday getaway! There is a public boat ramp just a few hundred metres down the road and it is only a short 280 metre walk to the Soldiers Point Marina where you will find two quality seafood restaurants and a floating café for a lovely breakfast or morning tea. Soldiers Point is also home to the famous Rick Stein restaurant at Port Stephens Bannisters Resort along with the popular Soldiers Point Bowling Club which are both a short 1.6 km stroll from Unit 10, Point Paradise.
Sheets and towels can be hired for a small charge or you can bring your own with you. There is a no pets and no party policy in place.
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following: Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am. Any other day – 10pm to 8am
