Point Paradise (Unit 10, The Point) is perfectly located at the tip of Soldiers Point in a very tranquil location with very little passing traffic, picturesque surrounds and stunning water views towards Tomaree headland.

The open plan, air-conditioned living area opens out onto a fabulous large outdoor alfresco entertaining area consisting of multiple dining areas and gas BBQ facilities, overlooking the spectacular water views.

The indoor living area is filled with natural light and tastefully furnished with modern furniture, a large flat screen TV, a DVD player and HDD recorder. There is a fantastic fully equipped renovated kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, sandwich press, kettle, coffee machine and cookware. It has two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan and the second consisting of two bunk beds.

The renovated bathroom has a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet/powder room. The internal laundry has a top loading washing machine and dryer, along with ironing facilities. There is off street parking for 1 vehicle and plenty of on street parking available. There is a shared pool within the complex and the beach is located just 100m away.

Point Paradise has everything you could want for the perfect holiday getaway! There is a public boat ramp just a few hundred metres down the road and it is only a short 280 metre walk to the Soldiers Point Marina where you will find two quality seafood restaurants and a floating café for a lovely breakfast or morning tea. Soldiers Point is also home to the famous Rick Stein restaurant at Port Stephens Bannisters Resort along with the popular Soldiers Point Bowling Club which are both a short 1.6 km stroll from Unit 10, Point Paradise.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following: Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am. Any other day – 10pm to 8am

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Beautiful View

This property is surrounded by trees and wildlife. The Lorikeets and Kookaburras visited the front verandah each night. We were lucky enough to see a koala in the eucalypts opposite the unit. The view of the bay is expansive and is spectacular during the sunrise and sunset. The unit is comfortable with nice furnishings and new kitchen and bathroom. This quiet location is perfect if you want to relax and unwind.


Absolutely beautiful


Unit was clean and magnificent views. Friendly Lorikeets and koalas were just amazing to watch. Short walk to the park and small beach. I loved the area and had the best holiday. I would highly recommend the unit.
