Sit back, relax and enjoy the gorgeous water views from the large balcony or go for a dip in the pool or go for a peaceful walk along some of the nicest waterfronts in the area, The Point has so much to offer.

This spacious unit has a lovely large sun drenched balcony with excellent water views looking straight out the headlands.  One flight of stairs leads you to the unit which is fully self contained with two bedrooms (both having ceiling fans), bathroom with bath and seperate toilet, internal laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer and one secure undercover car space located under the complex and one off street car space at the rear of the complex.  Relax by the pool or take a stroll down to the local shops, restaurants and Marina.

The Point has been a favourite holiday destination in Soldiers Point for many years due to the position, although you are across the road from the water the views are only filtered by some lovely trees and the tranquility that is on offer at Soldiers Point is second to none.

Parking:-  1 undercover car space and 1 car space at rear of building
No visitor parking and no parking in other units designated spots. Street parking available for visitors.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a weeks holiday from 19/3-26/3/21 It was very wet as it was everywhere but we were very lucky we chose to stay at the point it was very comfortable very clean with great views of the bay we will definitely be coming back for another visit .


Family Friendly - Value for money


Whilst the decor was slightly dated - the unit had everything a family could ask for! Fantastic location... We visited over the October long weekend, the rest of the Bay was noisy and over crowed, however, the unit was quiet and Soliders Point was just enough out of the way to be removed from the crowds. Would happily rebook this unit in the future.


Be careful


The unit was great. However, i suggest reporting ANYTHING you feel is stained, broken as we experienced an issue with O'Meara about a carpet stain which was there when we arrived. Also, if you are booking the unit because it has a pool. You need to know it is only cleaned fortnightly, hence the algae around the sides and bottom of the pool. I did report it to O'Meara too, apparently the pool was cleaned after I reported it, but the algae was still there. Also no keys are supplied for the rear windows so if it rains like it did when we were there expect some flooding. Apart from that all good. Lovely unit and beautiful views. Would have better views if the balcony had glass panels and not concrete wall.
