A delightful unit in a delightful location  - the perfect location for your holiday ! Two bedroom unit with water views and a swimming pool (covered during winter), security parking for two cars and an easy short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes and Diggers Club and the town centre. There is also an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Please note the pool is closed over Winter.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Property is in a great location and relatively modern and new inside. The only downfalls we could find was the lounge wasn’t very comfortable, although plenty of seating. And it could very much benefit by having an air conditioner. Hard to cool place down as some windows won’t open. Wouldn’t suit a heavy smoker, signs all over state no smoking even on balcony and must go 4 metres from building. Overall we would still stay at this property again and staff at O’Meara were very friendly!

Outdoor furniture was not practical with a small table unable to fit two plates to eat dinner outside not to mention the legs on the table where wobbly. Indoor seating could be better utilised with a good condition blue couc then 5brown leather seats which was uncomfortable and taking up additional room where a better replacement couch could be implemented. Kitchen is nice with all things supplied. Nice bathroom. Washing machine a bit outdated could be replaced. All in all bit disappointing.
