Situated only 600 metres to the popular Nelson Bay foreshore and beach which is perfect for children and families. Along the foreshore path there are picnic tables, BBQ's, fantastic children's playground, and water sport activities plus the dolphin cruise departure. This pathway takes you all the way to D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping.

Unit 2 is a beautiful unit with unlimited Wi-Fi, an open plan, air-conditioned living, and dining area that leads out onto the balcony where you can sit back and admire the water views of the bay or watch the children frolic in the pool.

There is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/freezer, Aldi coffee machine (BYO pods) and complete cooking facilities.

Two spacious bedrooms both with ceiling fans and a bathroom with a shower, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The unit has secure undercover parking for two cars, park the cars and walk to all amenities as everything is at your fingertips. .

The complex has a communal grassed courtyard area around the sparkling in-ground pool, the pool also has a fantastic wading area for children to swim. There is access to a public grass area out the front of the complex where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. Although the unit is classed as ground level there are a few steps up from the entrance and parking.

I didn't know what to expect, but my expectations were exceeded staying here. Wonderful views, incredibly comfortable and so close to everything. The apartment is clean and for us, spacious. Great kitchen and living area. And all practical amenities with a pool! A great pool as well. The complex in general felt safe and clean with plenty of sunshine. Will definitely come back again.

Unit had a great outlook over looking the bay. Found bedrooms stuffy and over head fans need replacement with new quieter options otherwise aircon in lounge needs to stay on all night for some relief. Cleaning under lounges required also!

The unit was spacious and well appointed. It had everything we needed. There is a pool and the grounds are well kept. The ocean views were lovely (when it wasn't raining!). Its also a great location as you can walk to the marina and the main shops. We would stay here again.

As our first trip to Nelson’s Bay we loved it. Our accommodation was in walking distance to the Marina and the Bays (which was handy seeing we have three kids who hate long distance walking lol). Our apartment was amazing loads of room, clean and stylish. The only thing both me and my partner agreed on was in the master bedroom the mattress was way too hard (for our liking) but other than that I couldn’t fault it. We overall enjoyed our stay at the property and have happily recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay in unit 2 The Poplars, the unit has been set up beautifully and the owners have given a lot of thought as to what you might need during your stay. This was greatly appreciated. The view from the patio is lovely and nice easy access to the pool. Our 2yr old has not stopped asking to go back to his holiday house so we will be back for sure! Thank you again.

The apartment is in a great location to explore Nelson Bay and the surrounds. The facilities are good with a pool and open grass area plus underground parking. You have to bring everything with you though - sheets, linen, dishcloths, tea towels, toilet rolls etc. I'm glad we did as the main bed wasn't that clean and there were visible hairs on it so I was glad to have my own bedding. There are plenty of kitchen items for cooking but you will need to bring your own foil and cling wrap etc.

Thea apartment was clean and nicely furnished . The kitchen was well equipped . The sliding doors opened onto a balcony and the nice clean pool was accessible from the balcony . Excellent for a couple or a family with 4 children . The apartment had plenty of room. Easy access in and out of the apartment as well as from the whole complex as several pathways led t out onto various roads . Close to the marina and beach, clubs and the CBD of Nelson Bay. Wifi and internet no connection avail.
