Two spacious bedrooms both with ceiling fans and a bathroom with the bonus of a bath, shower, and separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The unit has secure undercover parking for two cars, park the cars and walk to all amenities as everything is at your fingertips. .

The complex has a communal grassed courtyard area around the sparkling in-ground pool, the pool also has a fantastic wading area for children to swim. There is access to a public grass area out the front of the complex where you can sit and watch the beautiful sunsets. Although the unit is classed as ground level there are a few steps up from the entrance and parking.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets, and no party policy in place.

GOOD LOCATION

Thea apartment was clean and nicely furnished . The kitchen was well equipped . The sliding doors opened onto a balcony and the nice clean pool was accessible from the balcony . Excellent for a couple or a family with 4 children . The apartment had plenty of room. Easy access in and out of the apartment as well as from the whole complex as several pathways led t out onto various roads . Close to the marina and beach, clubs and the CBD of Nelson Bay. Wifi and internet no connection avail.
