This two storey, three-bedroom duplex has the living area and dining area located downstairs and all bedrooms and bathrooms located upstairs. The living area is tiled throughout and provides a SMART TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. Flowing off the dining/ kitchen area is the outdoor undercover entertaining area with electric Weber BBQ, alfresco dining and enclosed yard.
Fully equipped kitchen with complete electric cooking facilities, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and Aldi Nespresso coffee machine (BYO Pods) and high chair. The convenience of having a powder room downstairs is fantastic as well.
Three large bedrooms upstairs with two bedrooms having ceiling fans, the main bedroom also has a walk-in robe, access to the balcony and an ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity. The owners have provided a Port-a-cot, high chair and bassinet for the convenience of young families travelling.
The main bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet and the property provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and single garage for a small vehicle only and driveway parking for the second vehicle.
At the end of the street there is a playground with basketball 1/2 size court, undercover bench seating and bike paths.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
