(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

My 94 yo Mum and myself stayed at “The Shoal” We were very happy with the quality of the property and the ease of check in and out. It is difficult to find a property suitable for my immobile Mum but this property came very close. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms clean and loved the reliable hot water in the shower. Although we did very little cooking, the kitchen had all the necessary items if needed. The morning sun was fabulous when it was out on the little courtyard. We would stay again.

We have stayed here twice now, it is sparkling clean, well furnished and just across the road from shops and restaurants. The little courtyard is lovely.

Good morning As you requested feedback, We were very disappointed we had to check out 2 days early because of the Jack hammering on our floor level. We were very happy with the apartment but would not have booked there had we known about the noise. I’m would think that the body corporate must have notified all the owners about the renovation. I did mention this to your receptionist when I checked out Thanks

Absolutely loved the apartment, beautifully appointed with everything you would need. Loved relaxing on the balcony. Very quiet considering we were only one street back from Main Street-easy walking to Nelson Bay and of course Tomaree! Would highly recommend!

Overall the room was good, except the bedroom at the rear could have a better day light block shade, who wants a sleep in on a holiday. First two days noise from a cross the road construction. Car park area with the rain covered with bamboo leaves in the morning.

Great unit in a quiet location but only a short drive to attractions and amenities. Foxtel was a plus for the kids. Kitchen well equipped, we easily cooked a couple of meals. Would recommend and would stay again. O'Meara also easy to deal with.

Clean and tidy unit. Perfectly equipped with all you need. Close to beach and amenities as well as shops and cafes. Only negatives were noisy air conditioners. Small bath towels. No block out curtains or shutters on windows so sun came streaming in during the day, and at night offered no privacy from nearby businesses.
