This is a fairly typical new off the plan unit. Modern, white, stainless steel appliances etc. Layout floor space generous, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms, parking under cover. Good location one block back from the beach any good local services with cafes, restaurants, supermarket and newsagents. Contradictory communications from agents with emails and texts on closing times and what to bring/not bring. Better written communications would be improve and create less stress. Kitchen very minimal, champagne glasses, bread knife etc etc. There are two major issues to call out on this unit. First is no wifi. If you're paying g mid four hundred per night, wifi should be included. I spent 45 mins on hold with my telco provider to up plan, not what I want to do on my holiday! Then discovered that there's no/lowreception in the building, only the balcony... Grr. Second issue, no fly screens!!! Mosquitos in the night. I didn't drive 4 hours from inland to a perfect sea breeze climate to shut the place up and put on the aircon. We were really unhappy about that.

Brilliant location, great functional apartment with great use of space. Huge main bedroom with en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space.
