Avra Seabreeze also known as unit 503 The Shoal is located on the 5th floor with lift access and ducted air conditioning throughout. The unit is North facing and has panoramic water views of Shoal Bay, the open plan lounge/ dining / kitchen area opens out onto the balcony where you can sit back, relax and just watch the world go by. There is a fully equipped brand-new kitchen with stone bench top, family size fridge, dishwasher and microwave.
The main bedroom has an ensuite and the second bedroom has a Tri-Bunk, both these bedrooms have access to the balcony and provide linen and bed making. The stylish main bathroom includes a shower, toilet and vanity, the main bathroom also has the European laundry with washing machine and dryer hidden away behind a door.
This unit is perfect - only a 2-minute walk down to the pristine waters of Shoal Bay Beach, Lift in complex, secured gated parking for one car and all the restaurants, shops, cafes, water sport activities, walking tracks all at your fingertips.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

The unit was clean and tidy and in a good location.My only suggestion would be for an outside table and another lounge chair to two and a coffee table.The lounge/ dining area has plenty of room,but not much in the way of furniture.It was still good value for money.

great location, modern kitchen. Major issues: no WIFI, no fly screens, balcony furniture just chairs, thick cobwebs throughout apartment.
