An inviting large air conditioned open plan living and dining area with the second SMART TV, spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and master bedroom and ensuite and fifth bedroom all located downstairs, (access to the fifth bedroom is through the main bedroom).
Upstairs there is the convenience of the 2nd living area which is perfect for the kids entertainment, the comforts of ducted air conditioning, three large bedrooms and main bathroom.
The property supplies Netflix (personal log in) , Stan (personal log in), and a complete linen package to make your next holiday as easy and relaxing as possible, The White House certainly caters for every guests needs.
There is parking in the driveway available , outdoor shower and only a short stroll to the prestige beaches of Shoal Bay, superb shopping village, fantastic local restaurants and clubs.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Lovely home with a cozy cottage feel. Great location within walking distance to the village, day hikes and the beach. We were two couples with four young children and we all enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting area, and kids also loved the upstairs games area.
Very clean, great location. Comfortable for our stay of 5 adults and 2 children. Ourtdoor/BBQ/Pool area very handy.
Loved this house so much we have rebooked it. Comfortable beds,beautiful pool, easy walk to beach even with a 2 year old. A second TV downstairs would be great plus plastic kids plates. The only real issue we had was gardeners/lawn mowers turning up two days in a row unannounced and with noisy equipment while we were enjoying the pool!!!! Apart from that the house is wonderful and outside area fantastic.
Lovely property, great clean pool, would have loved to have another tv downstairs near the kitchen or master bedroom. Also the shower door doesn't close fully so water gets on the floor. Great stay overall, would love to come back again in the future
We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area and pool are lovely. We didn't expect it would be such a busy street and even though it is a 50km/hr area there were hoons speeding up and down the road and doing burnouts at all hours of the day and night which was a shame and very noisy. The layout of the house didn't really work for our young family as the only living area and TV were upstairs away from the kitchen/dining. A lack of storage with no built ins (there are small freestanding wardrobes/draws) and an extremely small broom cupboard pantry was not very practical. Overall it is a great location close to the beach and restaurants of Shoal Bay there were just a few elements that didn't make our stay as comfortable as we would have liked.
We had a great time in this lovely house - could walk where we wanted to go in Shoal Bay and come home for a swim in the beautiful pool. We prepared Xmas eve and day meals in the well-equipped kitchen and slept well in the beds. We particularly liked the covered outdoor area which, for summer, is the main living area for downstairs. Would definitely book this house again.
This house is perfect for a family, a couple of families or group of friends. The pool and backyard provides a beautiful setting to spend time and relax. The house is well equipped and is very spacious. Would highly recommend it. Walking distance to the beach or driving distance to Nelson bay, little beach and fingal bay.
