4 Villa Ellisa is located directly across from Little Beach which is perfect for families as the waters are calm for swimming or paddling.

There is also a fantastic playground for children, picnic tables and BBQs, great takeaway fish & chip shop and a fabulous restaurant and bar at Little Beach Boathouse where you can take in the stunning picturesque sunsets.   Wests Diggers Club is only a quick seven-minute walk away which is a child friendly club and has a great outdoor area to wine and dine or sit back and watch your favourite sports live.

The unit is on the 1st floor and has glorious water views from the balcony, open plan living area, Wifi and Smart TV which has Netflix (own account needed), fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The unit also provides a highchair for guest convenience.

Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and the three-way bathroom has a bath and a shower, separate toilet and separate vanity area. 
 
All you have to do is park the car in the undercover carport and walk to everything, you literally have everything at your fingertips when you stay at Villa Ellisa.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

A lovely unit right on Little Beach

This is a recently and well renovated unit which comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. It's 2 minute walk to the kid friendly Little Beach and about 5 mins to Shoal Bay. There is a kiosk across the road that sells hot food which is also very handy. We bought some hot chips and calamari there and would purchase from there again. The kitchen is a good size with option to eat either inside or on the balcony with views to the beach. Appreciated the onsite parking too.

We as being have a marvellous time, in a fantastic unit very well located. Easy to enjoy all facilities, they as all spot on and very very clean, only one suggestion need a air condition in the lunch room. We are please to invest our money to rent this unit.
