Upstairs is the main bedroom that has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, apple TV and DVD player, balcony access and ensuite. There is also an open plan area that has been transformed into the fifth bedroom, it also has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and balcony access.
The large backyard is fully enclosed and perfect for family ball games, there is also a gas BBQ and loads of parking for two cars and a boat. All of this and located only a short drive or walk to Shoal Bay Beach, Fingal Bay Beach, famous Shoal Bay Country Club, cafes, restaurants, Shoal Bay boat ramp and that the Bay has to offer.

Very clean tidy home. Plenty of room for guests and very well equipped.
Fantastic location, easy check in and after hours procedures for collection of keys etc. Room for the whole family then some. Easy distance from the stunning Shoal Bay. O'Meara great to deal with as needed.

The beautifully kept home and yard exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well equipped. The air-conditioning effective. In winter consider bringing extra blankets.
This is our second time staying at this property, it has been renovated. The place was clean, tidy and open space. Easy to communicate with the agents and were friendly. Best location since its close to shops and beaches. Had a wonderful time, would recommend this place.
