Elevated on the second floor with exceptional waterviews and situated only a couple of minutes walk from Magnus Street shopping hub, dalbora Maina and Fly Point Beach.  Park the car and everything is at your finger tips including shops, restaurants and other tourist attractions!

The property provides an air conditioned living area fitted out with a SMART TV with Netflix attached (guest own log in), WIFI and Foxtel Complete Package avaialable.  Gas BBQ on the balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking facilities, private laundry with washing machine and dryer (located seperate from the unit) - Unit 4 has everything to make your next holiday very comfortable?  All the modern tech is available here with 3 TVs connected to Telstra T Box.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Little old appartement, however very clean and great location. The communication with the agent was very well done, they are very organised. Great for 4 people, we were five so the kitchen table was a bit too small.

Lovely Place!


Great water views! Petit apartment but does the job for a small family. We had an issue with not having enough hot water to shower 4 people, but no big deal. Comfortable and clean furniture. Overall, it's great value in terms of comfort and location. I'd definitely go back!


Convenient and compact


We stayed in this cute apartment for 7 nights and were very comfortable. It's up a couple of flights of stairs which was a little difficult as we had heavy suitcases but no big deal. The queen bed was comfortable - we didn't really use the other room at all except to store our luggage although the apartment would have been VERY squeezy if the other bedroom had been occupied with three people. Only one bathroom but it had plenty of hot water for showers (didn't use the tub), but the people in the apartment next to the bathroom sat on their balcony and smoked so all the smoke blew into the bathroom - we had to keep the window closed which wasn't great for the steam buildup from the shower! The lounge room is small but the sofas cosy. The TV worked fine for the free to air channels. The balcony is a good size and nice to sit out and watch the world go by and look at the view (as well as for drying laundry if you don't want to use the dryer!). The kitchen is pretty small and has a mishmash assortment of containers and pots - fine for really basic cooking but you won't be doing anything fancy here. The weirdest thing is the bench-table arrangement in the kitchen. it is ridiculous and takes up way. too much space for its use. An oval or round table with chairs would work much better and not take up so much space. the apartment was clean and mostly quiet although some people insist on having their tv or radio up so loudly that everyone has to listen - fortunately this didn't happen too late. I guess that's the way it is in an apartment block. Also we had to really search to find the laundry - the owner/agent should really provide some instructions as to the laundry's location for the tenant. Overall it was good value. The proximity to Nelson Bay is a real plus.


Fantastic Location


Great location, within in walking distance to everything, great for kids. Unit was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable.


Wonderful Stay


Absolutely loved this apartment. Very comfortable. Beautiful view in the evenings.A minute to city and marina. Actually walked to Gan Gan look out, The light house, and Tomaree National Park Summit from here. Stayz were excellent and all went smooth! Loved it and now missing Nelson Bay :(


Nice views


Beautiful refreshing views! Bit small for 6 people. Just roomy enough for 2 kids n 2 adults. Air conditioner cool enough for living room but not bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Very annoyed 1 set of keys were given for 6 people staying. Especially with 3 locked doors to get through. Close to marina and restaurants.


Great location


Great location literally 2 minutes from town and 4 minutes to the marina & beach, leave the car and walk everywhere, a clean and tidy unit with a very comfy bed in both rooms plus views over the ocean
