Corlette Retreat is located upstairs, as soon as you walk through the door you will be amazed at the fantastic outlook and size of the open plan floor design. 81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

Beautifully furnished home with a split system air-conditioned living area, free WIFI and a large wall mounted SMART TV. There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

Situated a flat walk down the street to peaceful Boat Harbour Beach, and just around the corner from whale watching, bush walks and rock fishing, SeaHaven can be found three minutes drive from Anna Bay and seven minutes from Nelson Bay.

Typically beachy on the outside, the property is beautifully furnished inside, offering plenty of living space spread out over two levels. Both floors provide generously sized bedrooms, bathrooms and thoughtfully out-fitted living rooms. SeaHaven is suitable for family bookings yet warmly appointed for couples and small groups to feel comfortable and welcome.

Upon entering, SeaHavens downstairs features a casual living room area complete with TV and space to unwind, as well as two large bedrooms designed for 2 guests per room.  A large bathroom/laundry is also situated on this level containing a heavy duty washing machine, toilet and shower, perfectly positioned for washing off the sand after a day at the beach or on the water. Dryer facilities can be found inside the expansive double-barn, within the backyard. The downstairs back porch and recreation area runs the entire width of the house and is designed to host outdoor bbqs, complete with an outdoor dining suite.

SeaHavens internal staircase leads you to the top floor where you will find an open plan living area with a split system air conditioner, designer lounge and dining furnishings, SMART TV with WIFI and Netflix. Multiple sliding doors open out onto a large deck-sized balcony, allowing the sea breeze to flow through while you stretch out on one of the sun lounges.

A well-equipped kitchen with very liberally spaced timber benchtops for food prep and entertaining completes the package upstairs. The kitchen has been deliberately set up for your pleasure and convenience, so you will consider it your home away from home. Located a short walk to the best beaches in the area, Relax at Pacific is a lovely three bedroom, air conditioned duplex which is the perfect family getaway. The property provides WIFI, 2 pushbikes and stand up paddle board for guests use. 

This duplex features two separate sitting areas, downstairs provides an open plan design with the comforts of a split system air conditioner located in the lounge/dining and a SMART TV with Netflix. The outdoor undercover entertaining area flows off from the living area, there is a grea BBQ to cook up a storm or a fantastic fully equipped kitchen inside with a dishwasher and Aldi Expressi coffee machine.

Upstairs has ducted air condtioning throughout the three large bedrooms, the main bedroom also has a ceiling fan, walk in robe, ensuite and personal balcony to allow those beautiful sea breezes through.  Bedroom three also provides a balcony and ceiling fan and the second sitting area has the futon bed.  The main bathroom has a nice size bath so the kids can rinse off after the day at the beach.
