Iluka is a magnificent four-bedroom home, featuring quality finishes throughout and stunning water views from the large outdoor entertaining area, spacious living areas and main bedrooms. It is located on a private section of road, high above the main road.

The kitchen has a high, vaulted ceiling, allowing plentiful natural light, and louvre windows allowing the breeze to flow in during summer. Guests will enjoy cooking in the modern, well-equipped kitchen, complete with Caesar stone bench tops, double ovens, dishwasher, family size fridge, and a Sunbeam Mini Barista coffee machine. There is also a family-sized modern gas BBQ on the rear deck. Choose to enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining room or outside on the deck.

The property has ducted air conditioning throughout, with a separate split system upstairs in the parents’ retreat. The separate lounge room has an electric fireplace for those cosy winter nights, SMART TV, free unlimited WIFI and comfortable, stylish furnishings. It is classified as an offence if the noise continues after a warning has been given by council or a police officer.

81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

Beautifully furnished home with a split system air-conditioned living area, free WIFI and a large wall mounted SMART TV. There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

The three bedrooms and the sleepout all have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The fourth bedroom is the sleepout which is accessible within the undercover outdoor entertaining area, the sleepout has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan.

The Villa is located right on the golf course so you can walk straight out your door and be directly on the course. The Horizons Resort has a Pro shop, cart hire and a cafe for you to relax after your day of golfing. 

Villa 125 has two bedrooms both having King Beds and private ensuites, there is an open plan air conditioned living/ dining and kitchenette area that opens out onto the undercover outdoor patio.  The kitchenette has hot plates and a microwave for cooking.

Horizonsis also only a five minute drive to the major Salamander Bay Shopping Centre and a quick ten minute drive to Nelson Bay, making this the perfect place to stay and play.

Owned for many years by a private family for beach holidays we now present The Verandah, 9 Hanson Avenue Anna Bay for holiday rental. Nestled in a quiet street and only a short 2 minute drive to the beach, beautiful enclosed back yard for children to play and room for a boat.

Features of The Verandah are two storey, four bedroom air conditioned home with fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and separate toilet, drive through garage, undercover outdoor area with BBQ and the beautiful ocean breezes that flow through from all aspects. The owners provide child gates on the staircase, a high chair and a cot mattress, which makes this very easy to pack to go away for your next beach holiday.

A quick drive or easy level walk will take you to Birubi Beach, where you can stroll around th erock pools, take a walk along the prestige surf patrolled beach or even if you fancy a coffee or drink there is the Cafe which offers the best views of the area. If the kids are after something a bit more exciting how about the camel rides or sand dune tours – this is all at your finger tips at Anna Bay.
