81 Horace St – WIFI and air conditioning

81 Horace Street is a modern family friendly holiday home in a great location, located between Shoal Bay Beach and Fingal Bay Beach giving you the perfect option of beaches. Both beaches offer Stand-up-paddle-boarding and Fingal Bay also has surf lessons.

There is a great bike/ walking track from the end of Horace Street that will take you straight to Fingal Bay beach where you will find ample parks and facilities for picnics and recreation with the patrolled surf beach, Fingal Bay Surf club and cafe. This is a relatively easy ride for all users with care needed on the off-road sections where you are crossing a road.

Beautifully furnished home with a split system air-conditioned living area, free WIFI and a large wall mounted SMART TV. There is a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with a large stainless-steel family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and De Longhi Coffee machine available with pods supplied.

The three bedrooms and the sleepout all have ceiling fans and the main bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The fourth bedroom is the sleepout which is accessible within the undercover outdoor entertaining area, the sleepout has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is a 3-way design which gives a separate bath and shower area along with a separate toilet and vanity area, a very easy, usable design for larger groups of guests. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable, the convenience of supplying a highchair, port-a-cot, 4 push bikes and beach chairs is fantastic as there is less you have to pack in the car. Bath towels and bed linen are provided with the bonus of having all beds ready made for your arrival.

There is a large undercover entertainment area with outdoor dining furniture and a gas BBQ, such a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer and the property has a fully enclosed back yard and a double carport.

Sheets, bath towels and bath amenities are provided at the property and the beds are also made up for your convenience, strictly no pets and the no party policy are in place.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with cork tiles, dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer. The dining area open out onto the huge, tiled, air-conditioned living area, this fabulous area has a cosy combustion fireplace (timber supplied), TV, DVD player, games and books for the kids.

Four fabulous bedrooms with the large main bedroom having a TV and DVD player, built in wardrobes and Queen size bed. The second bedroom also provides a Queen size bed, whilst the third has a Single bed and trundle. The fourth bedroom is the perfect set up for a young child with a Single bed and full-size cot, highchair and change table available, the owners of this property have certainly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible.
The bathroom has a bath and walk in shower and a separate toilet, there is also an internal laundry with a washing machine and large clothesline in the fully enclosed backyard.

A large outdoor, undercover entertaining area flows off from the living area, there is also a gas BBQ available so you can cook up a storm.

The double lock up garage is suitable for small cars or trailers as the garage door opening height is only 180cm, there is also loads of room in the driveway for a large boat to be kept behind the locked gates.

Only a short walk to Fingal or Shoal Bay beach and shops.

The living area opens out onto the large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and BBQ, such a great place for alfresco dining while enjoying the scenery across to Fingal Bay Surf Club.

Located on the first floor and a quick 20mtr walk across the road to the beach and Fingal Bay Surf Club where you will find an amazing breakfast, lunch and dining experiences at either the Saltwater Restaurant or the famous Long Boat Cafe.

The main street of Fingal Bay is only an easy 1km walk away, the village offers a convenience store, cafes, petrol station, take away shop and bottle shop.  Fingal Bay Sports Club is just around the corner, so you have a variety of choices if dining out is on the agenda.

Three great size bedrooms with the main having an ensuite, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to capture the natural sea breezes. The third bedroom has a ceiling fan whilst the second bedroom is catered for children with the bunk, the main bathroom has a shower over the bath which is perfect for children, a toilet and vanity.  The unit also provides a highchair and porta cot, this unit is very well catered for the family holiday.

The complex provides the luxury of a private tennis court and pool, so you relax back at the complex after a day at the beach.  If exercise is on the list, then the cycle/ walking tracks that links Fingal Bay to Shoal Bay and on wards to Nelson Bay is directly across the road from the unit. Fingal Bay also offers a fantastic children’s playground and some beautiful scenic views from Barry Park where there is a lovely viewing platform to watch for whales, public toilets, BBQs and a fantastic place for a picnic.

If your feeling a bit more energetic then maybe a lovely bush walk through the park and along the coastline where you may even spot an echidna in the wild. 

Lock up single garage and street parking is available and the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer makes this easy holidaying.
