As the property is also located within a residential noise restriction area, noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence must cease from: midnight to 8am on Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday, and from 10pm to 8am on any other day. It is classified as an offence if the noise continues after a warning has been given by council or a police officer.

On the entry level you will find three large bedrooms with one having a split system air conditioner and the other two providing ceiling fans, the main bathroom has a gorgeous bath so you can lay back, relax and again take in those views.  The second living area/ kitchenette is located downstairs and has a full size fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery to make your stay as comfortble as possible.  This area is also fantastic for the children to gather and watch TV as Netflix and a DVD player are provided (no aerial attached to this TV).  The laundry is also located in this downstairs living area with a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
