Sandy Shoal is a comfortable and spacious air-conditioned beach cottage, with a large outdoor covered entertaining area and BBQ. The driveway has plenty of room to park and clean your boat or jet ski and also park your cars.

The house sleeps eight people and the second and third bedrooms can be closed off to form their own little retreat – where you can walk between the two rooms and have your own separate bathroom. The first two bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom which makes the flow of the property very easy living.

The living area has a split system air conditioner, large TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped and provides a dishwasher, as well as being adjacent to the dining room. There is also a well-appointed laundry, which has a front loader washing machine and a large clothes line in the yard – which is great for all the beach towels.

Sandy Shoal is only a 10-minute walk to the local beaches and village of Shoal Bay and is very close to the various Nelson Bay boat ramps.
