With a stay at Townhouse 516 Pacific Blue Resort, you can expect the best of both worlds. This privately owned townhouse sits on the grounds of Oaks Pacific Blue Resort, a popular hub for sun-seekers and holidaymakers on the NSW North Coast, and Townhouse 516 is your own haven within the resort.

Positioned on a quiet fringe of the property, Townhouse 516 offers peace and solitude. Spread across two levels, the interiors are contemporary and fresh and make this stay a flexible option for families, groups or even a single couple. The three bright bedrooms are generous and comfortable; the master even has access to its own balcony the perfect parents hideaway.

Downstairs, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and induction cooktop flows into the main lounge and dining area before sliding doors lead guests out towards the jewel in Townhouse 516s crown: a private plunge pool. Flanked by outdoor furniture and boasting spa jets, the pool area will be your refuge for when you want to soak up some sun, relax with a magazine or cool off after a days exploration.

Of course, guests at Townhouse 516 have complete access to resort facilities, including a huge lagoon pool that wraps around the property, tennis courts, steam room and day spa. Further afield, the resort is only 100 metres from a shopping centre. Plus Nelson Bay and Soldiers Point are a short drive away.

Oaks Pacific Blue, 356/265 Sandy Point Rd – Air conditioned, direct pool access and suited for disability

Oaks Pacific Blue is one of the bays most popular resorts, as soon as you arrive at the resort you will feel as though you are in the South Pacific Islands.

Private two-bedroom ground floor unit with the bonus of having no stairs is a bonus. The unit is fitted with ramps at the front and back doors and hand rails in the bathroom making it easier for someone with a disability. The courtyard has direct access to the magnificent resort lagoon pool.

Extras such as having air conditioning in the living area and both bedrooms, so you can sit back in comfort, relax and still enjoy the views of the pool and outside activities.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and the bathroom has a bath, shower with hand rails and a separate toilet. The main bedroom provides a queen electric bed, this is ideal for people that need to raise your legs after a big day out and about. The shared laundry is external from the unit and is coin operated.

The resort provides the ideal getaway for both families and couples, facilities such as an inside heated lap pool, tennis courts, steam room and gym are all available for the guests, the location is perfect as it is only a short drive to the bustling tourist mecca of Nelson Bay.

Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Oaks Pacific Blue, 245/265 Sandy Point Rd – air conditioned unit with resort facilities and linen supplied

Unit 245 is a two-bedroom dual-key lagoon spa room on the upper floor with stair access, the apartments have a main door access to the common foyer and then separate door access to each apartment.  The Studio Lagoon Apartment features an air conditioned, open plan bedroom/ dining/ kitchenette area which flows out onto the balcony with outdoor dining, so you can sit back and enjoy a drink and watch all the water activities in the pool. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet, vanity and blow dryer available.  As this area is separate from the main apartment, we do not recommend children under 12 years to be left alone in the studio.

There is also the main apartment, which is a one Bedroom Lagoon Spa room, this section has an open plan, air-conditioned living/ dining and kitchen area.  The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave and dishwasher. There is a large balcony with alfresco dining and a sunlounge so you can lay back, relax and take in the beautiful array of the resort. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a beautiful corner spa bath, walk in shower, toilet, vanity and a blow dryer is also provided.  

The apartment provides an internal laundry for your convenience, this is located in the kitchen area of the main apartment and is fitted out with a front loader washing machine, dryer and sink.  There are also two car spaces provided in the open carpark and the guests have full use of all the resort features including the huge lagoon-style swimming pool, heated spa pools, 25mtr heated lap pool, tennis courts and fitness centre. 

Pacific Blue Resort is conveniently located only 100m from Salamander Bay shopping centre, Salamander Tavern and across the road from Salamander Bay Super Strike and KFC and having Nelson Bay only a quick nine-minute drive away makes this the perfect place to holiday.

We offer a different experience at Beach House 7 and we hope you will agree.

Your stay begins with a One Mile smile from our concierge who will greet you at the property with the keys, show you around and answer any questions you might have about the beach house and the local area.

The beach house is set high on the hill overlooking One Mile and Samurai Beaches and is surrounded by national park. The air conditioned lounge, dining room and kitchen are enclosed by full length glass offering you panoramic ocean and bush views, there is even a gas fireplace with fake logs and flames to set the mood right. Sit back, relax and unwind; let the tranquillity work its magic or cook up a storm or a BBQ then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labour whilst taking in the view. If the ocean isnt enough then the birds and wildflowers provide their own magic.

Feel like something more active?

You might like to take a 5 -7 minute walk through the bush down to One Mile beach but please keep in mind its a bush track and steep in parts and might take a little longer to get back up.

Walk the beach, take a swim, go for a surf or try out the surf ski, surf board or bike. If you take the bike remember the hill is steep and whilst the downward ride is easy you have to come back up.

If the beach water is a little too cool for you then why not take a dip in the heated communal spa and pool? Youll feel like youre on top of the world gazing out over the surrounding Tomaree National Park.

If you feel like venturing further afield then the delights of Nelson Bay are a 10 minute drive.

When its time for a nap or at the end of the day there are 3 bedrooms with the main having air conditioning, Foxtel and WIFI;

Bed linen and towels are provided so there will be less to pack, more room in the car, the beds will be made up prior to your arrival and you wont need to take the dirty linen home with you. Your trip will be so much more relaxing!

When its time to go just lock up then drop the keys in the letterbox and you will be on your way. Leaving will be sad but we hope that you will be feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with many happy memories of Beach House 7 so that you too will have a One Mile smile when you remember your stay.

Spacious open plan living/ dining area with TV, DVD player, bluetooth CD player, books, DVDs and a ceiling fan, this area opens out onto the balcony so you can hear the relaxing sounds of the local birdlife and ocean. A gas BBQ and outdoor dining is also provided so you can sit back, relax and take in the tranquil surroundings.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, upright stove, full size family fridge and an internal laundry that opens off the kitchen area with a washing machine and dryer. Three large bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main also having a TV for DVD use only and a renovated ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom has also been completely renovated with style and class, the layout is perfect for multiple people using it at once with the shower and bath in one room, toilet in a separate room and large open vanity area. 

Bay Parklands is a family friendly complex with a solar heated pool, spa, tennis court (BYO balls and racquets), table tennis and established gardens and manicured lawns spread over 5 acres.

Only a quick level 300 metre walk to Little Beach which is perfect for children as the waters are calm, there are picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, boat ramp and the famous Little Beach Boathouse where you can watch the most amazing sunsets whilst sipping on a beverage or having a beautiful dinner. 

The best of both worlds is within ten-minute walking distance, choice of either fish & chips and dine by the water or Diggers Club where you can get an a la carte or buffet meal and with Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay all within a few minutes drive makes this the ideal location for your next beachside holiday. 

The complex provides parking as one secure undercover car space and one-off streetcar space.  This is strictly a SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.
