Tri-level with three bedrooms, two living areas and plenty of space. The main living area has a rear projector giving you the feeling you’re at the movies. The property also has reverse cycle air conditioning, free WIFI and Netflix provided.  The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated and fitted with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and full cooking facilities.   There is an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and second toilet.   The dining area opens out onto the alfresco undercover dining area and gas BBQ, this property is perfect for families or couples, enjoy a casual walk on the beach, national park walkways or be more adventurous and try the sand dunes, camel rides or surf schools.

There is a double garage with internal access and room on the driveway for a boat and third vehicle, we also manage unit 1 so this is sensational for 2 larger families to be able to go away together but still have their own space.

Of course, guests at Townhouse 516 have complete access to resort facilities, including a huge lagoon pool that wraps around the property, tennis courts, steam room and day spa. Further afield, the resort is only 100 metres from a shopping centre. Plus Nelson Bay and Soldiers Point are a short drive away.

Oaks Pacific Blue, 142/265 Sandy Point Road – swim out unit with air con & Linen

Unit 142 is a dual swim out unit with the best location in the entire resort as it literally has everything at your door – outdoor spa right next to your patio, tennis courts, large carpark area and full access to all the resort facilities such as the huge pool that wraps around the resort, heated indoor lap pool, tennis courts, gym, sauna, day spa and restaurant and bar.

The dual units are modern and have the ease of being swim out apartments, open the gate from your balcony and you are in the water or you might just want to relax on the patio on the large cushioned sunbeds and sun lounges and watch other guests just floating past.

The unit is open plan with air-conditioned living/ dining areas and a large flat screen TV, there is also a huge range of DVDs and CDs supplied so if you want to kick back and watch a movie the choice is endless. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, cooktop, oven and dishwasher, the air-conditioned main bedroom has a king bed that can be split to two king singles and a fold up bed is also available, a flat screen TV and an ensuite with spa bath and shower to make your stay very comfortable.

The second bedroom is an air-conditioned studio with two king single beds, a kitchenette, a flat screen TV and a second ensuite, perfect for couples or singles, we suggest this studio area is not suitable for young children due to the separate dual access entrance.

An internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is available and 1 off street car space, there is multiple parking in the resort carpark as well. 

The resort is located just 400 metres from the Salamander Shopping Centre and under a 10-minute drive to Nelson Bay, Shoal Bay or Anna Bay.

Bellima Beach House, 9 Jackson Close – huge duplex with air con and fabulous views

Bellima Beach House is perfect for your next holiday destination, it is a relaxed three-bedroom tri-level duplex with fantastic water views, located in a quiet residential street and provides all the comforts that you deserve with loads of room for the entire family.

Two large undercover balconies with water views and one with BBQ facilities, enclosed back yard, ping pong table for the kids or for the kids at heart and all this only a 2-minute drive to the waters edge.

Three bedrooms all with air conditioning, the main bedroom has a very romantic ensuite spa area, watch TV from your bed or spa, very indulgent. The main bathroom is located on the third level, it has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet, there is also a powder room on the living area.

There are two living areas, the main area offers air conditioning, large TV/DVD, surround sound and free WIFI, games, books and movies. The second area is designed for the children with TV, DVD and toys, this room is located on the third level and adjacent to the bedrooms two and three.

Open plan large kitchen that is very well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker and the list goes on and on. Parking for two cars in the double garage with internal access into the property and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Bellima Beach House, is beautiful, youll love your stay here just like many have done already, comments from previous guests include Loved our stay, balcony & views nice and very relaxing, love the main bedroom ensuite, lovely well-equipped kitchen, the cute garden area for the kids to play is fantastic and the bonus of having a high chair and stair guards was great, were definitely coming back.

Upstairs you will find the huge main bedroom with beautiful ensuite, three extra large bedrooms, stunning main bathroom with spa bath, quiet sitting area which is perfect to sit back and read a book and a cosy balcony to allow the fresh breeze to flow through.

The property is located a short walk from the shops, cafes and Dutchies beach, this is a lovely holiday house with every inclusion you can think of.
